In New Zealand, acupuncture is often seen as something just for pain or ACC injuries - and yes, it can be very helpful for that. But there's so much more. Traditional East Asian medicine isn't about overriding your body; it's about helping your body recover its own ability to find balance again. Many people begin to notice small but meaningful changes within a few sessions, especially when we are treating the pattern underneath the symptoms rather than chasing each symptom separately.
I take time to listen to the full picture - the recurring tension, the unpredictable digestion, the tired-but-wired nights, and the hormonal shifts that throw everything off. These things aren't separate problems. They're clues to an underlying pattern, and when we understand that pattern, real change becomes possible.
